AI research lab NeoCognition lands $40M seed to build agents that learn like humans

NeoCognition, an AI research lab that emerged from stealth, has secured a $40 million seed round. The funding, co-led by Cambium Capital and Walden Catalyst, will be used to develop AI agents that self-learn and specialise through experience rather than relying on extensive pre-training. The goal is to create systems that learn in a manner similar to humans.
