Snapchat walls under-16s off from public Spotlight, making their videos friends-only

Snapchat has updated its Spotlight policy for users under 16. Under the new rules, Spotlight videos posted by these younger users can only be viewed by friends, and they will no longer appear in the public Spotlight feed. This change removes public visibility for Spotlight content from the under-16 age group.
