Tesla’s battle with the California Department of Motor Vehicles isn’t over after all

Tesla has filed a lawsuit against the California Department of Motor Vehicles. The suit seeks to reverse a ruling that found the automaker had falsely promoted its Autopilot and Full Self-Driving systems and that the DMV has banned the use of the term “Autopilot” in marketing.
