Amazon hits sellers with ‘fuel surcharge’ as Iran war roils global energy markets
Amazon will add a 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge to fulfillment fees for third-party sellers in the United States and Canada. The new fee takes effect on April 17 and is a response to rising oil prices caused by the Iran war. The surcharge applies to all sellers using Amazon’s fulfillment services.
