Anthropic’s Claude Mythos AI system has identified more than 10,000 high-severity or critical-severity vulnerabilities since the launch of its Project Glasswing initiative. The volume of flaws discovered is outpacing the release of patches, leaving remediation efforts struggling to keep up with the rapid findings.
