HBO Max and Paramount Plus could become one streamer

Paramount+ and HBO Max are set to merge into a single streaming service that will combine the two platforms’ content libraries. The plan, announced by Paramount CEO David Ellison, will take effect once the Warner Bros. Discovery deal closes, creating an integrated service under the combined ownership of Paramount Global and Warner Bros. Discovery.
