Valve hikes Steam Deck prices by more than 40%, blaming rising costs

Valve has increased the price of its Steam Deck handheld gaming device, raising each model by more than $200 and in some cases by as much as $300, which represents an increase of over 40 percent. The company attributes the hike to rising costs affecting production and components.
