Google completes $32B acquisition of Wiz
Google has completed its acquisition of Israeli cybersecurity firm Wiz for $32 billion, marking its largest purchase to date. The deal brings Wiz into Google’s portfolio, and each of Wiz’s four co-founders will receive $2 billion in post-tax cash, while investors Index, Insight and Sequoia are slated to receive $4 billion, $2.7 billion and $3 billion respectively.
