Meta acquires robotics AI startup as it makes the push into humanoid machines

Meta has acquired Assured Robot Intelligence, a startup that develops AI models for robots. The company’s staff will join Meta’s Superintelligence Labs, strengthening its robotics team that is building humanoid hardware and the underlying artificial-intelligence powering those machines. The acquisition is part of Meta’s broader push into humanoid robots.
