$44M Solar-Powered EV Production Deal Struck

Launch will invest $44 million in Aptera and receive stock-warrant ownership, while providing access to its large production facilities and international supply chain. Finished sub-assemblies will be shipped to Aptera’s Carlsbad site for final assembly, allowing the startup to bypass costly line-building and achieve low-cost-of-goods targets.
