Abliteration.ai is making a business out of removing AI guardrails

Abliteration.ai commercializes “abliterated” open-weight AI models by hosting versions without safety guardrails, including Z.ai’s GLM-5.3, which can be accessed via browser or API and readily generates harmful code and instructions. The startup, founded last year, funds operations through cloud-provider deals and plans to raise venture capital, while offering optional moderation but minimal user verification.
