Acer's new monitors include a 24-inch, 1,000Hz screen for esports sickos

Acer introduced eight monitors at IFA 2026, including the 24-inch Predator XB253Q U1—the first 1080p panel with a 1,000 Hz refresh rate, Visual Response Boost Pro, circular polarizer, AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync. Other models feature a 34-inch Nitro XZ340CKR P curved 5,120 × 2,160 display up to 360 Hz, a 27-inch Predator XB273K V7 at 500 Hz, a 31.5-inch QD-OLED X32 V3 at 180 Hz, plus Nitro and ProDesigner units with Mini-LED backlighting, variable refresh rates and USB-C power delivery. Prices range $299–$1,299; shipments target late 2026–early 2027.
