AI research startup Listen Labs scrubbed a $1.5B funding round for Salesforce talks

Listen Labs, founded in 2023 by Florian Jüngermann and Alfred Wahlforss, withdrew a $125 million Series C at a $1.5 billion valuation after signing a term sheet led by Menlo Ventures. The company produces audio-based customer interviews, converting them into reports and PowerPoint decks for clients such as Microsoft, Canva, Anthropic, and Sweetgreen. If the Salesforce acquisition does not close, investors anticipate a future funding round at a valuation of $2 billion or higher.
