Alibaba’s Damo Academy released RADAR, a vision-language model that reads CT scans and identifies roughly 150 abdominal conditions, including cancers. In a study published in *Science*, RADAR was tested on nearly 40,000 real-world exams and outperformed most radiologists. The model is now open-source on GitHub.
