Alienware 39 5K review: The ultrawide gaming monitor sweet spot

The 39-inch Alienware monitor uses an LG four-stack tandem OLED panel with a three-subpixel RGB stripe, delivering 5,120 × 2,160 resolution, 99% DCI-P3 coverage, HDR brightness of 500–1,300 nits, Dolby Vision, and an anti-reflection polarizer. It runs native 165 Hz, can switch to 1080p + 330 Hz or scaled 4K 165 Hz, includes height and tilt adjustments, and costs $1,100, undercutting LG’s similar 5K2K ultrawide priced at $1,600.
