All the ways Instagram and Facebook are changing for teens

Meta agreed to a child-safety settlement with attorneys general from 51 U.S. states and territories, requiring new safeguards on Instagram and Facebook that will alter teen interactions and limit usage during certain hours. The deal resolves a lawsuit accusing Meta, Google, TikTok and Snap of designing addictive features that fail to protect children.
