AlphaGenome Atlas predictive map of every DNA letter change in the human genome

AlphaGenome Atlas offers pre-computed predictions for the molecular impact of all ~9 billion possible single-nucleotide variants in the human genome, stored in a 1-petabyte dataset accessible via a free web portal, API, and Google Antigravity skill. It introduces the AlphaGenome Variant Impact (AVI) score, which combines AlphaGenome and AlphaMissense predictions with feature attributions for rapid ranking across hundreds of human and mouse cell types. Researchers have used the atlas to identify and experimentally validate key variants in rare-disease studies and to link rare variants to common traits.
