Amazon's God of War show brings in Dave Bautista as its new Kratos

Dave Bautista has been confirmed as the new Kratos in Amazon Prime Video’s two-season God of War series after Ryan Hurst, originally cast, required surgery following a stunt injury. Ronald D. Moore remains showrunner, writer and executive producer, and Callum Vinson continues as Atreus. Bautista’s casting follows the decision to recast rather than postpone production.
