Anthropic has walked away from its $6bn Decart deal, Bloomberg reports

Anthropic abandoned a proposed $6 billion acquisition of Decart AI after completing due diligence, leaving open the possibility of a commercial partnership. Decart’s optimisation stack, which boosts chip efficiency for training and inference, was the primary target, not its world-model technology. The deal would have marked a roughly 50% premium over Decart’s latest $4 billion valuation.
