Anthropic’s AI watermark has already spawned tools to remove it

Anthropic added a watermark to Claude’s generated text to identify AI-written content. In response, developers have released removal tools, and a GitHub-hosted remover created by Thibault Spirlet and Agnes Applegate has gone viral, driving growing interest in bypassing the watermark.
