Anthropic’s enterprise venture has bought its second consultancy in four months

Anthropic’s enterprise arm Ode, backed by Blackstone and Hellman & Friedman, has acquired AI consultancy Casper Studios to expand its Claude-first implementation services. Casper specializes in integrating Claude into existing software, while Ode focuses on custom systems for complex problems; both firms share a common Claude Code toolchain to enable seamless collaboration. The acquisition follows Ode’s earlier purchase of Fractional AI and positions the company to deliver end-to-end AI solutions across large enterprises.
