Apple has new in-app transaction commission rates for EU devs

Apple will change its in-app purchase commission structure in the EU, effective October 1, replacing the Core Technology Fee with a Core Technology Commission. Developers in the Small Business, Mini Apps Partner, and Video Partner programs receive discounted rates: 10% for in-app purchases, 15% for link-out purchases, and 20% for alternative payment tools; non-program developers pay 26%. Apps outside the App Store incur a flat 5% fee.
