Apple increases older iPhone prices by $100

Apple raised the price of every older-generation iPhone it still sells by $100, with the iPhone 16 now starting at $799 (up from $699) and the iPhone 17 family beginning at $699 after an earlier $599 entry-level launch price. The iPhone 17 256 GB model costs $899, up from $799, and the iPhone Air now starts at $1,099, while AirPods prices remain unchanged.
