Apple squashes EU beef with new App Store rules

Apple will apply a single set of business terms to all developers in the EU, effective October 1. Apps sold outside the App Store will incur a 5% Core Technology Commission fee, while in-app purchases will carry a 26% commission and alternate payment methods a 20% fee.
