Apple's iPhone Handoff feature will cost you $5 a month on T-Mobile

Apple’s iPhone Handoff, debuting with iOS 27 on September 14, allows one eSIM number to be active on two iPhones, though only one can use it at a time and the active device switches instantly. It launches for T-Mobile (US) and Deutsche Telekom (Germany) users, with T-Mobile charging $5 monthly. Both phones must run iOS 27, share the same Apple ID, and automatically transfer calls, voicemail, messages, Find My, iCloud data, and compatible apps when the active device changes.
