Arm introduced the Neoverse CSS N4 platform, a semi-custom chip design that can integrate between eight and 128 Neoverse N4 cores running up to 3.8 GHz. The design targets TSMC’s N3P manufacturing process, enabling high-performance, scalable solutions for data-center and edge workloads.
