Aurora CFO says 30,000 driverless trucks by 2030 isn’t as far-fetched as it sounds

Aurora aims to deploy 30,000 autonomous trucks by 2030, generating $5 billion in annual revenue. The company will transition from owning its fleet to a subscription-based model, charging $0.85 per mile for its technology. Partnering with Aumovio for mass-produced hardware, Aurora expects to reach breakeven gross margins by early 2027.
