AWS plans to add 2M Nvidia Blackwell Ultra, Rubin, and Rubin Ultra GPUs to its data center fleet in 2027 and 2028, in addition to 1M GPUs announced in March (Bloomberg)

AWS intends to deploy an additional 2 million Nvidia Blackwell Ultra, Rubin, and Rubin Ultra GPUs across its data-center fleet in 2027-2028, on top of the 1 million GPUs it announced in March. In the same quarter, Nvidia reported revenue of $96.22 billion, a 106% year-over-year increase, with data-center revenue reaching $89 billion (up 117%) and net income climbing to $59.7 billion (up 126%).
