Bending Spoons agrees to buy Miro for $1.355bn, weeks after Airtable

Bending Spoons has agreed to acquire Miro in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.355 billion. The Milan-based company, led by CEO Luca Ferrari, highlighted that more than 250,000 organizations have integrated Miro into their workflows. The deal marks a significant expansion for Bending Spoons into the online collaboration market.
