Bending Spoons buying Miro for $1.355B
Bending Spoons will acquire Miro for an enterprise value of $1.355 billion, equivalent to about $1.79 billion in equity value after deducting Miro’s net cash. The all-cash transaction includes a $295 million reinvestment by select Miro shareholders into newly issued Bending Spoons equity. Closing is expected in Q4 2026, subject to regulatory approval. Miro, generating roughly $600 million in annual recurring revenue, serves nearly 4 million paying users across 250 000 organizations and will operate independently until the deal completes.
