The benefits of leaving your VPN on all the time

A VPN masks your IP, identity, and location by routing traffic through an encrypted network, protecting against hackers, advertisers, and ISP data collection. It is most useful on public Wi-Fi, when accessing non-HTTPS sites, or when traveling to conceal activity and bypass regional streaming restrictions. However, a VPN does not secure weak passwords, prevent phishing, or hide all browser history, so it should be used selectively for sensitive data.
