Berlin’s Cloover secures over $1.2 Billion to build the “Shopify of Energy”

Cloover, a Berlin-based climate fintech, secured over $1.2 billion in capital commitments. The financing includes $22 million in Series A equity and a €1.02 billion debt facility. This funding will accelerate the rollout of Cloover's software and financing platform across Europe.
