Better AI code comment detector

The new AI code-comment detector, rebuilt on publicly available data, achieves a balanced accuracy of 77% and outputs calibrated probabilities, with confidence ≥ 80% reducing false-positive risk to 5%. Cross-validation shows 73% human-correct and 80% robot-correct rates, while manual tests on real-world comments indicate even higher discrimination performance.
