Bill Gates tries to install MovieMaker

Bill Gates reports frustration with Microsoft’s download process for MovieMaker, noting repeated timeouts and slow page loads on Microsoft.com. He describes having to use Windows Update to download 17 MB of components, then install MovieMaker and Windows Media Series 9, each taking several minutes and requiring a reboot. Gates questions the necessity of these steps and the overall usability of the system.
