Blizzard employees have ratified their first union contracts

Blizzard employees represented by the Communications Workers of America have ratified contracts covering roughly 1,900 workers after two years of bargaining. The agreements provide wage hikes, grievance procedures, a three-day hybrid work week, “just cause” protections, expanded remote-work accommodations, four extra weeks of severance, a 14-month recall right, and a requirement to negotiate AI usage.
