Bluesky has a new setting to help you avoid accidentally going viral

Bluesky introduced an account-level privacy option that blocks all of a user’s posts from appearing in the algorithmic “discover” feed for non-followers. The setting does not make posts fully private, and content may still surface in other AT Protocol-based recommendation services. This gives users more control over unintended viral exposure.
