Boy developed "toasted skin" condition from using a laptop every day

A 15-centimeter patch of flat, reddish-brown interlacing lines and lace-like circles appeared on a mid-childhood boy’s abdomen. The boy reported no pain, the rash was neither warm nor tender, and no recent injury or illness could explain the marks.
