Breville’s Spiral Luxe Auto Pour Over is a $600 appliance that automates the entire pour-over process, combining a grinder with bespoke 40 mm flat burrs, a conical dripper, and an articulating spiral water spout. The unit heats water quickly, maintains temperature during the pour, and lets users set brew ratio, water temperature, and pour timing via an advanced edit mode, with a delayed start option. The machine is sold through Breville and Williams-Sonoma.
