Calendly throws its hat into meeting note-taker circus

Calendly has launched a meeting-note-taking tool that joins calls, records audio-video, transcribes the conversation, and produces summaries, action items, and draft follow-up emails, while testing system-audio transcription similar to Granola. The product will also power an AI assistant, Callie, to schedule meetings, check availability, and surface prior-meeting context, and it notifies participants when recording starts, allowing anyone to request its removal.
