Chamilo 3.0 – open-source LMS with native MCP server (PAuth2.1)

Chamilo 3.0 introduces a native MCP server (PAuth 2.1) and refactors numerous components, replacing superglobals with a Request class, using Symfony cache for temporary files, and wiring reminder settings to cron. It restores and updates many legacy settings across courses, plugins, documents, announcements, learnpaths, gradebook, language, mail, and user workflows, while improving i18n, UI validation, and admin UX.
