ChargePoint CEO says growth is starting to accelerate after a 70% stock surge

ChargePoint posted Q2 revenue of $116.1 million, beating the $105.2 million forecast. Loss per share narrowed to $0.35, well under the $0.85 estimate, helped by a one-off $4.2 million tariff refund. Net losses decreased to $35.6 million from $125.3 million three years earlier, marking a fourth straight quarter of year-on-year growth. The company is expanding Level 3 chargers in Europe to comply with the EU’s Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation requiring 150 kW stations every 60 km on the trans-European core network.
