ChatGPT can now send texts for you with new Apple Messages plugin

OpenAI released an Apple Messages plug-in that lets ChatGPT access a user’s Messages inbox, enabling the model to sort, analyze, edit, draft, send, delete, and search messages. The plug-in runs locally, requires Full Disk Access, and stores message content only on the device unless the user opts for cloud storage.
