Claude Cowork finally remembers what you told the app in chat

Anthropic merged Claude’s chat and Cowork memory systems, so information learned in one context is retained across both interfaces and added continuously during conversations. Users can view, edit, or delete stored topics, with personal-sensitive data excluded by default but optionally includable, and the feature is enabled on all plans.
