Claude outage hits multiple models again

The cause was identified at 05:27 UTC; work on a fix began, but by 06:42 UTC no recovery time or technical explanation had been released. This outage follows several Claude incidents earlier in August, indicating that shared infrastructure failures impact all model-based services simultaneously.
