Clean up Claude 5's token vomit with a separate LLM

Vomit is a fully local tool that intercepts Claude 5’s token-heavy output, passing it through a user-specified LLM to produce readable English without telemetry or external dependencies. It integrates with Claude Code via hooks, supports Llama.app, Ollama, Apfel and any OpenAI-compatible API, and offers command-line utilities for session listing, tailing, and translation. Installation is via `go install github.com/zachahn/vomit@latest` followed by `vomit init` and `vomit scrub -claude`.
