Collaborative Human Agent Protocol (CHAP)
CHAP defines a unified, auditable protocol for human-agent collaborations, recording drafts, overrides, rationales, and tags as chained artefacts identified by content hashes. It supports non-repudiable approvals via Ed25519 signatures, OIDC identity binding, and external transparency logs, while integrating with existing MCP and A2A tools. Analytics scripts can query the audit chain to summarize override statistics across languages.
