Comp AI raises $34m to turn compliance into continuous monitoring

Comp AI, founded in January 2025, raised $34 million in a Series A led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures, bringing its total funding to $37.5 million. The Miami-based company automates security compliance, with AI agents handling onboarding, policy and risk generation, evidence gathering, control monitoring, and vendor assessments for over 1,000 customers, including Corgi, Dub, OpenCode, Inference and Primer. The new capital will expand the platform into continuous cybersecurity, adding real-time monitoring, control validation, and AI-powered penetration testing while maintaining human oversight for policy approval.
