Congress still can’t decide what to do about warrantless surveillance
Congress is nearing a deadline to reauthorize Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act on June 12th. The law allows for warrantless surveillance, and lawmakers have yet to reach a deal on reforms. Sean Vitka criticized the lack of reform efforts.
