Covenant leaves stealth with Anthem and factories in three countries

Covenant, a newly public defense firm, unveiled its 105,000-sq-ft Texas missile factory and announced Anthem, a long-range, low-cost weapon system designed for mass production with over $150 million in booked orders and $250 million in funding. The company operates three factories—in Texas, Saxony, Germany, and northern Israel—and plans to scale serial production to 5,000 units annually by early 2027, leveraging commercial off-the-shelf parts, allied supply chains, and its own mission-planning software.
