Crusoe raises $3.9bn and starts trucking data centres to spare power

Crusoe raised $3.9 billion in a Series F funding round, achieving a $30.9 billion valuation to scale its modular "Spark" data centers. These transportable units utilize repurposed electric vehicle batteries and solar power to bypass traditional grid constraints. The company currently reports $140 billion in total contracted value and over 6GW of gross contracted capacity.
